Sometimes, no matter how well your fine-art photo has been packaged, it gets damaged in shipping. Or sometimes, you might even get the wrong item.
We understand. We're happy to make things right.
Please help us make it easier by INSPECTING YOUR ARTWORK WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS of receipt and by following our return policy as noted below.
DID YOUR SHIPPING BOXES/CRATES ARRIVE IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival.
If your package is received with obvious external damage, please TAKE PHOTOS and REFUSE SHIPMENT UNOPENED, citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order. Send photos to: afp.cynthiainhawaii@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number in your email.
If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please TAKE PHOTOS, KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY via email (afp.cynthiainhawaii@gmail.com). Be sure to include any photos and your order number in your correspondence to us.
